I’m Lindy LaRoche, and for more than 15 years I’ve supported nonprofits, founders, and mission-driven teams.

I’ve run a nonprofit school, served on a nonprofit board, worked in corporate medical operations, and built my own give-back company, Poppy Soap Co., which I ran for over a decade.

I bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex situations.

It’s a true joy of mine to support heart-centered people who are trying to do good in the world. If you’re a founder or visionary, you don’t need to carry every operational detail on your own.

My role is to help with the systems, the structure, and the practical pieces—so you can stay focused on the work that only you can do.
